A limited block of dorm room and townhome-style accommodations at the conference site (Burnaby mountain campus) are available for conference participants. For information on how to book these rooms, please read the instructions below and click on the link provided.
- Guests will select SFU CACSC (May/14/2020 to May/17/2020) from the drop-down menu to proceed to the reservation request page.
- Guests will need to provide a valid Visa or MasterCard at the time of making the reservation request. A reservation is not guaranteed until we send an email confirmation of the booking.
- Guests must provide a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to cancel/modify their reservation. Cancellations or modifications made with less than 72 hours’ notice will be subject to the first night accommodation fees being charged to the credit card provided.
- Check-in is available after 3:00pm. Guests will be required to provide photo I.D. and the credit card provided to hold the reservation.
- Check-out is before 11:00am. Please return your room/building key(s) to the front desk; there will be a charge of $200.00 for lost/unreturned keys.
- We have on hold: 37 Private Residence Rooms ($43.00 per room per night plus taxes), and 4 Townhouse Units with Kitchen Kits ($195.00 per unit per night plus taxes).
- Important: Townhouse Unit bookings are a minimum two night stay and are booked by the unit, not the individual bedrooms within the unit. Please only submit one request per Townhouse Unit and indicate in the comments box the names of the guests who will be staying in the unit with you
- The online booking form will be removed on April 15, 2020 (or sooner if your group members reserve all rooms in your room block prior to this date). Any unreserved rooms from the hold noted above will be released back to SFU.
